I've been working on new kits for BeadAddict recently, I love doing these because they let me create and share - I started writing kits years ago but I've concentrated on them in the past few years because, well, they sell and whilst that is one reason, I love teaching, in fact I'm hoping to get back to one to one and class teaching in the coming months (well, its on the to-do list anyway), and the other reason is that I enjoy the more organised creative process of putting together and writing the instructions for kits. I've got a pile more in the works (and some of these shown below aren't launched as yet) but I thought I'd show what was coming up on the site.

Arizona Necklace
If in the meantime you can't wait for the tech-person to work his magic, you could always make your own - this is my kit of the month for September 2010 for my other website, BeadAddict- I've tried hard to make the instructions as clear as possible - there are written instructions as well as a downloadable PDF file full of step-by-step photos which should take any stress out of things.
Everyone is creative, even my Mum has been making jewellery recently, and (no offence intended Mum, but I know you'd agree) she'd be the first to say she doesn't know her right hand from her left foot.
I am considering teaching jewellery making classes again - notice I didn't commit myself. I love teaching, its fun - its a two-way process. All the things I thought I knew, I can learn over from teaching, which is great. I don't know, maybe, maybe.

No, I'm doing SOME work, honestly!
Still being subject to the "GREAT CREATIVE BLOCK" of the summer, I've turned to doing things like tidying my studio, cleaning my house up, spending some more time with my horse and designing some new kits for BeadAddict - here's one - the pieces are done as you can see, I've even made up the kits and I'm currently working on photos and instructions. This one will launch on the 1st July (with a fair wind behind it...) and more to come...

Site Updated
I've updated the site today with fresh necklaces, bracelets, earrings and vintage items - you already know about the freebie offer and prize draw which I mentioned a few days ago, but this is just a quick heads up on the update.
